BSS, OSS and NaaS

I worked on BSS/OSS transformation projects across four different telecom operators: BT, Neos Networks, Airband and also a major middle-east telco. These programmes always tend to be challenging especially when it comes to integration with legacy applications and data cleansing & migration. This is especially so for the larger telcos which often use a myriad of systems alongside or instead of more fully integrated BSS/OSS platforms and open API architectures. To deliver Network-as-a-Service, telcos have no choice but embark on and successfully complete their BSS/OSS transformations.
