Customer and User Experience

My teams at both Deutsche Telekom and Logica ran large scale customer and user experience programs from designing customer mobility solutions and external web portals to developing internally focus intranet sites and delivering group-wide content-related services and applications. Innovation activities included product launches and demonstrations at large industry events such as IFA and CEBIT.
