Digital Railway - Industry Architecture

The digital railway programme was one of the largest digital transformations ever attempted in Europe. Its aim is/was to transform the UK railways into a data driven operation able to support digital train control and automated train operations. I was the joint CTO and design authority for the programme with focus on delivering the data, cyber, cloud, telecoms and business systems part of the requirements and defining the overall Enterprise Architecture blueprint for the rail industry as a whole.
